Our Cancellation policy

As we don't actually take any payment until the time that your goods are ready for despatch you are able to cancel or amend your order right up until the point of despatch unless we are embroidering or printing to your specification. Once your order status is shown as despatched cancellation or amendment is no longer possible. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us via email or phone.

Faulty Goods

If you find a fault with a new product please return it to us within 28 days and fill in the reverse side of the delivery note explaining what is wrong. You should still enclose the original receipt and all packaging. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost, including any delivery charges incurred, where appropriate.

Samples

We are able to supply samples, however these are charged for initially at their plain rate which will be quoted to you. Samples can be returned for decoration at a later date and only the decoration will be charged for. We do not offer free samples.

Unfortunately due to high international shipping charges, we do not currently ship outside UK and Ireland.

Shipping to Highlands and Island of Scotland:

A flat rate of £10.00 per order. The areas covered are as follows: Argyll and Bute, Benecula, Harris Isle, Inner and Outer Hebrides, Isle of Canna, Isle of Coll, Isle of Eigg, Isle of Iona, Isle of Mull, Isle of Rhum, Isle of Tiree, Lerwick, Leverburgh, Lochboisdale, Lochmaddy, North Uist, North West Highlands, Orkney Islands, Scalpay, Shetland Islands and Stornaway

Shipping to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight:

Currently a flat rate of £15.00 per order

Shipping to Channel Islands:

Currently a flat rate of £30.00 per order

Goods Returned by Carrier:

If delivery is attempted by our carrier and there is nobody available to recieve the delivery, a card will be left. Delivery will be automatically re-attempted by the carrier, however you should respond to the card left. If delivery is still not taken and you have not responded to the card left by our carrier, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable to pay for a second delivery. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where there will be someone available to recieve the delivery between 08:00 and 17:00 the day after despatch of goods.
