Our Cancellation policy
As we don't actually take any payment until the time that your goods are ready for despatch you are able to cancel or amend your order right up until the point of despatch unless we are embroidering or printing to your specification. Once your order status is shown as despatched cancellation or amendment is no longer possible. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us via email or phone.
Returns Policy
Refund/Returns Policy
At Harlequin Designs we want to offer you peace of mind by allowing you to return any item within 14 days of receipt. This excludes items which have been printed or embroidered to your specification. Please read below for our terms and the contact e-mail address. Our customer service advisor will ensure that your return is handled as quickly as possible. We must be informed prior to the return of any items.
All unused purchases may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Contact us and we will arrange a Returns Number which can be quoted on all labels and correspondance. Please note that any delivery charges incurred on your original shipment will not be refunded. Please also note that custom made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty
Faulty Goods
If you find a fault with a new product please return it to us within 28 days and fill in the reverse side of the delivery note explaining what is wrong. You should still enclose the original receipt and all packaging. We will exchange the item or refund the full cost, including any delivery charges incurred, where appropriate.

Our Shipping Policy:
Unfortunately due to high international shipping charges, we do not currently ship outside UK and Ireland.
Shipping to England, Wales and parts of Scotland:
Orders of less than £100 - £3.95 P&P
Orders over £100 - FREE P&P
Shipping to Highlands and Island of Scotland:
A flat rate of £10.00 per order. The areas covered are as follows: Argyll and Bute, Benecula, Harris Isle, Inner and Outer Hebrides, Isle of Canna, Isle of Coll, Isle of Eigg, Isle of Iona, Isle of Mull, Isle of Rhum, Isle of Tiree, Lerwick, Leverburgh, Lochboisdale, Lochmaddy, North Uist, North West Highlands, Orkney Islands, Scalpay, Shetland Islands and Stornaway
Shipping to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight:
Currently a flat rate of £15.00 per order
Shipping to Channel Islands:
Currently a flat rate of £30.00 per order
