We have been embroidering garments since 1989, using the latest Tajima embroidering machine technology and durable Madeira threads. We can take your logo and reproduce it to the highest quality on a huge range of products.

Pricing for embroidery relies on a number of factors and therefore we always recommend you contact us for a personal quotation, we would need to see your logo before providing an accurate costing.

We use the latest Tajima embroidery machines: 15 colour, automatic colour change and up to 1000 stitches per minute. We do our best to get you the highest quality work on time.

Our Madeira threads come in a huge range of colours and finishes to ensure your design stands out.

The Embroidery Process:

• Firstly we ask that you send us your design in digital format on a disc, CD or email attachment. However we can scan letter headings or desgin your logo for a small charge.
• Next we convert the design into a format that can be read by our embroidery machines. Colours and shapes in your design are converted to stitches. This is known in the trade as digitizing.
• The digitized design is put onto a flash card and installed into the embroidery machine.
• Hoops are fixed onto your garment by our experienced machinists. The hoop holds the garment on the embroidery machine and your design is embroidered in the middle of the hoop.
• The embroidery machine automatically embroiders your design onto your garments.
• Each garment is checked for quality, steamed and hand packed by our staff.
• We can arrange delivery of your items by next day courier or you are welcome to collect from our showroom free of charge.
